The purpose of this procedure is the assignment of the services of registration, digitization, conservation and management of administrative documentation and consists in the provision of the following macro-categories of services:
1. Service of archiving, custody and management of the paper and digital document archive;
2. Management, development and maintenance service of application components;
3. IT platform management service;
4. Consulting and training service.
