This framework agreement concerns the provision of the following services for the city of Villefontaine:- isolated analogue lines and their replacement solutions in connection with the end of the Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN);- mobile telephony packages;- internet connections;- an outsourced IP telephony solution (SaaS);- an outsourced server environment (IaaS). The Open Call for Tenders is organized in accordance with Articles R. 2124-1, R. 2124-2 1°, R. 2162-3 and R.2161-2 to R.2161-5 of the French Public Procurement Code. The contract is a single-contractor framework agreement, with no minimum and maximum, performed partly through the conclusion of follow-on contracts and partly through the issuance of purchase orders. The duration of the framework agreement is 3 years, renewable 1 time 1 year for lots 1 and 2 years, renewable 1 time 2 years for lot 3
