Tenders are requested for signalling, aerial photography (with GNSS/INS) with aero triangulation and orthophoto production for Orbital Photography 2023.

The following areas are included in the assignment:

Area 1: Innlandet NØ 2023 16 953 km2

Area 2: Trøndelag NØ 2023 10 634 km2

The contracting authority shall enter into a contract with one tenderer per area.

Both areas are UNCLASSIFIED

The tenderer must have authorisation from Luftfartstilsynet [the Civil Aviation Authority of Norway] for carry out aerial work in Norway.

Tender

Tenders can be submitted for one or both areas. The tender must clearly state which area the tender applies to.

The contracting authority requests tenders for photography with a digital camera with GSD 25cm in average terrain height. Multiple and RGB images must be provided

The length overlap must be 80 %, max. 85 %, min. 75 %. Orthophotos should be presented with a pixel size of 25 cm.

Options:

- Option (Cir orthophotos) for both areas The option shall not be subject to assessment in connection with the award criteria. The option order for each area will be decided upon conclusion of the contract or no later than 31 August 2023.
