The contest concerns a framework agreement for delivery of stationary and mobile emergency power generators. The assignment involves design, procurement, installation, testing, commissioning and any training of operating personnel.

The procurement is estimated to be over the EEA threshold value. The need is uncertain. The volume can be both higher and lower, and will depend on, amongst other things, the contracting authority's needs, activities, budgetary situation and other framework factors in the contract period.

Anticipated annual volume: NOK 1.5 million excluding VAT to NOK 1.75 million excluding VAT. The estimate is non binding for the contracting authority. The maximum value, including any options and anticipated price increase: NOK 8.5 million excluding VAT.

Lots/groups

Tenders cannot be submitted for parts of the assignment, and alternative tenders are not allowed. The contracting authority considered dividing the assignment but has decided that it is not suitable for this type of procurement.

The contracting authority reserves the right to accept all or parts of a tender.

Framework agreement

The assignment will be regulated by the attached framework agreement with the accompanying standard agreement terms.

The contracting authority will sign a contract with one supplier.

The contracting authority expects that the tenderer studies the contractual terms and makes the required internal clarifications in such a way that a contract can be signed if awarded.
