2019-EDQM-AO - IT development services

This consultation concerns the provision of IT services for the needs of the Council of Europe.

The objective of this contract is to strengthen the Council of Europe's capacity in particular on the relevant technologies of each batch to allow a better reactivity and a greater expertise.

The contract is a multi-beneficiary framework contract in cascade and will be awarded to a maximum of 3 holders per lot, according to the "cascade" method, subject to a sufficient number of candidates.
