The contract covers various services relating to HVAC and electrical installations as well as Delta safety installations.
Indeed, the service provider will be responsible for the following missions, concerning these installations:
- servicing and maintenance,
- ordinary and extraordinary repairs (depending on actual needs)
- management, monitoring and diagnosis with the aim of correction, improvement, in particular via centralized technical management (GTC) concerning the thermal comfort of the building - with particular attention to hydrometry of exhibition rooms and storage of works of art - or a rationalization of uses and uses.
The purpose of this contract is to establish and adapt, on an ongoing basis, the maintenance, preventive and corrective maintenance of the Delta's special technical installations, the objective being to guarantee, in all circumstances, optimum operation 24 hours a day and in the interest of the Delta's public.
