The project involves the renovation of a total of 100 social housing units with a total area of 6,998 m² and the renovation of 491 m² of commercial premises. In addition, a new common room will be established for the residents of the department. The areas are divided into subsidized and unsubsidized housing construction at Vestervang 1-17 in Skanderborg.

The project also includes optimization of the department's green outdoor spaces, including terrain regulation with, among other things, a new ramp course and the establishment of a new multi-purpose track as well as the expansion of the parking lot.

The present tender notice applies to Skanderborg Cooperative Housing Association's upcoming renovation of dept. 8 Vestervang 1-17 in Skanderborg and includes renovation of 100 public family homes as well as renovation of outdoor and arrival areas.

The tender of the works works shall be carried out in accordance with the procedure for tendering with negotiation in total contract in accordance with the rules of Law No 1564 of 15 December 2015 also referred to as the “Procurement Act”.

Contracting entities intend to select 5 suitable bidders who will offer on the task and who meet the suitability requirements of the contracting entity.
