Assignment of a sewer in the construction field.

The City of Science Darmstadt, department sports office - own baths, built in Darmstadt, on the property Alsfelder road 33, a new indoor pool with swimming pool building and depot, in several stages. The indoor pool, which is part of the first construction project, comprises on the ground floor (gross floor area approx. 5,870 m 2 ) a competition pool, a swimmer pool, a teaching pool, a movement pool and 2 paddling pools for children, in addition to the associated changing and staffing areas. Part of the changing area on the ground floor will be equipped with a technical floor (gross floor area approx. 850 m 2 ) overbuilt. In the basement (gross floor area about 5 300 m 2 ) of the indoor pool, there are next to the technical zone and the pool entrances, other staff rooms. The subject of the tendered services is the realization of the allocation of a sewer in the construction field for the aforementioned project.
