This is a contract whose purpose is to guarantee the activities of the Jean Moulin Foundation. The contract is broken down into five lots, for each type of insurance, according to the needs of the Contracting Authority.
Property damage and related risk insuranceThis involves insuring movable and immovable property belonging to the Jean Moulin Foundation or being placed at its disposal.
Professional liability and related risk insuranceThis is to guarantee the various activities of the Jean Moulin Foundation and in particular damage to third parties.
Vehicle and ancillary risk insuranceThe purpose of this insurance is to guarantee the Jean Moulin Foundation's Land Motor Vehicles as well as ancillary risks.
Assurance of the Foundation's legal expensesThe aim is to guarantee the Jean Moulin Foundation in the event of a judicial and/or extrajudicial dispute.
Navigation insurance (boats/boats)The purpose of this insurance is to guarantee the Jean Moulin Foundation's nautical park.
