All Risks Real Estate - Movable - Electronic Insurance Coverage of the Municipality of Sondrio for a duration of 2 (two) years, starting from 24:00 on 30.12.2023 to 24:00 on 30.12.2025, with the possibility of renewing the policy contract for a further year and six-month extension, as better described in the special policy specifications.

The subject of this procedure is the insurance coverage that provides for the indemnity by the Insurer for all material damage, loss and / or deterioration, both direct and "consequential", caused to the insured goods by any event, whatever the cause, except only as excluded.

Insured assets are all immovable and movable property, whether owned, leased, managed, loaned, precariously loaned, safeguarded, deposited, possessed, or in use or held, or for which the Municipality of Sondrio has an insurable interest also by virtue of commitments undertaken towards third parties, or on which it has for any other reason an interest susceptible to economic evaluation and anything else inherent in the performance of the activities of the Municipality of Sondrio and Insured Persons.

It is understood that for the identification of insured assets, reference will be made to the accounting and administrative records, documents and/or deeds of the Municipality of Sondrio.

All policy conditions are described in the special policy specifications, to which reference should be made.

The technical offer consists of the proposal of contractual variants that are better than the Policy Specifications put out to tender by the Contracting Authority.

The economic operator must indicate the improved variants offered by ticking the relevant item in the Technical Offer form made available by the Contracting Authority.

The basic amount of the tender, corresponding to the annual prize, is equal to € 58,200.00 and is to be understood as gross of taxes and legal contributions, as well as security charges due to risks from interference.

It should be noted that the basic amount of the tender, on which the economic operators will have to formulate their offer, is the gross annual premium equal to € 58,200.00, while the contract that has a two-year duration, except for options and extensions, is subject to regulation of the premium, starting from the anniversary expirations following the effect of the contract, as provided for by art. 5 – Section 2 – General Terms and Conditions of the Contract of the Specifications.

The amount of the charges for interference safety is equal to € 0.00 since, due to the nature of the services covered by the contract, there are no interference risks referred to in art. 26, par. 3, of Legislative Decree 81/2008.

The amount of the premium is net of labour costs.

The following labour is estimated with reference to the gross annual premium: € 1,800.00 (3%).

N.B: Offers that report an amount of labour lower than the mandatory minimum wage established by law or by sources authorised by law, as provided for by art. 110 c. 4 lett. a) Legislative Decree 36/2023, in conjunction with the provisions of art. 11 and art. 41 cc. 13 and 14 of the Code.

The estimated total value of the contract, including the possible repetition of the service for a further year and including the right to exercise the option to extend it by 6 months, is equal to a total of € 252,000.00 (two hundred and fifty-two thousand/00), including all taxes, charges and labour costs. It should be noted that these amounts do not include premium adjustments, the regulation of which is governed by the relevant special policy specifications.

The consideration for the contractual service covered by the contract will be equal to that declared in the economic offer awarded for the lot in the tender. This consideration will and shall be understood as inclusive of the remuneration for the provision of the service covered by the contract, the services related to the same (including insurance brokerage) and in any case any other activity necessary for the exact and complete fulfilment of the contract (policy) as specified in this call for tenders and in the Special Policy Specifications and in the related annexes.

The payment of the premium will be made by the Municipality of Sondrio as governed by the policy specifications.
