- Development of a long-term communication strategy taking into account the GKL's entire range of games and the market situation.
- Development and implementation of classic and non-classic advertising measures
The client would like to win an advertising agency for the development and implementation of advertising measures for GKL game offers in Germany.
Essentially, these are: developing a long-term communication strategy taking into account the entire GKL range of games and the market situation, developing and implementing classic and non-classic advertising measures.
This mainly includes: - TV and radio spots (offline/online), ads and advertorials, advertising materials such as game schedules, folders and flyers for sales support, POS advertising materials such as posters, window glue and giveaways, online advertising materials such as banners, video ads, story ads, feed ads and social media measures (create posts and channel fill (text/image)).
It is also about the coordination and continuous development of the communication strategy together with the media and PR agencies. Advising on brand management issues, including on a connecting link between games offered by the NKL and SKL product lines; consulting on advertising, product equipment and sales promotion; development of a CD manual that is binding for all communication measures (especially for sales/lottery revenue).
A maximum of four years is planned as the contract period. The contract is initially valid for one year, and is optionally extended by one year at a time.
The estimated total order value over a period of 12 months is expected to be between €140,000 and €180,000 including VAT (fee turnover).
It is imperative that all correspondence (including verbal) by all employees of the future contractor and its subcontractors involved in carrying out all activities is in German. The same applies to all other documents.
