The contract consists of the provision of services of:

Maintenance of the surroundings of Logivesdre's heritage.

Comments:

The nature of the services of this service contract includes in particular:

1) mowing lawns,

2) pruning hedges,

3) size of the beds,

4) Mowing.

This contract is a service contract within the meaning of article 2, 21º, of the law of 17.6.2016 on public contracts.

The technical requirements to be met by the services are set out in point B of the second part of the special specification.

By its offer, the successful tenderer undertakes to provide the services in accordance with these prescriptions.

All the real estate heritage spread over the following eight municipalities: in order of importance: Verviers, Dison, Herve, Pepinster, Spa, Theux, Limbourg and Jalhay.
