1. Winter maintenance of roads in the territory of the city and the municipality of Pszczyna in the 2021/2022 season includes:
snow removal and combat winter slipperiness on roads, streets, stop bays;
snow removal and combating winter slipperiness on sidewalks, parking lots;
removal (export) of snow from roads, streets.
2. The detailed scope of the subject matter of the contract is set out in Annex No 1 to the SWZ, i.e. the Detailed Technical Specification. The list of roads, walkways and parking areas which are subject to winter maintenance and sweeps after the winter season are set out Annexes Nos 8, 9, 10 and 11 to SWZ.

2. The detailed scope of the subject matter of the contract is set out in Annex No 1 to the SWZ, i.e. the Detailed Technical Specification. The list of roads, walkways and parking areas which are subject to winter maintenance and sweeps after the winter season are set out Annexes Nos 8, 9, 10 and 11 to SWZ.
3. Winter road maintenance services in the area of Pszczyna will be provided by Plow Carriers, in accordance with the offer made.
4. The Contracting Authority requires the installation of locating devices in the technical space of the Plough Media reporting the current position information of the vehicle, together with its identifier, the locating device must ensure that localization data is cached in the event of GSM coverage deficient/disappearance and their uploading immediately after the connection is recovered. The Contractor shall provide the Ordering Authority with access data for the Plow Carriers management system.
5. The Contractor shall ensure the appropriate amount of equipment for snow removal and combating slipperiness and the appropriate number of persons with the appropriate powers necessary to fulfil the order.
6. The Contractor shall be obliged under remuneration to purchase and store an adequate quantity of chemical and enabling materials for combating slipperiness.
7. The Contractor is obliged to have a dispatch point with access to information about the actual location of the vehicles involved in the winter action and have direct communication with each vehicle and with the Contracting Authority.
8. In the event that any claims by third parties arising from services performed by the Contractor are addressed to the Contractor, the Contractor shall assume all responsibility and conduct of the case for the claim and shall, in his own right, satisfy such claims if they are substantiated . The Contractor shall notify the third party immediately of the acquisition of the claim.
9. The Contracting Authority shall not recognise any claims by third parties arising in connection with the services provided by the Contractor which, following the Contracting Authority, would be entitled to a regress claim in relation to the Contractor.
10. The Contractor shall be fully liable to residents and third parties for damage caused during the performance of the service, in particular liable for communication damage resulting from the participation of vehicles in traffic and damage in kind to the property of the owners properties adjacent to snow-covered areas, as well as other damage.
11. The subject of the order is financed by the budget of the Municipality of Pszczyna.
