Tuomi Logistiikka Oy will contest the acquisition under the mandate of Pirkanmaan Jäää Oy and Sastamalan Food and Purity Services Oy. The competition will be organised as a procurement ring, with members of Pirkanmaan Väää Oy and Sastamalan Food and Purity Services Oy. One common service provider is selected for the procurement ring, with which both members of the procurement ring enter into their own contracts.

The competition will be organised as a procurement ring, with members of Pirkanmaan Väää Oy and Sastamalan Food and Purity Services Oy. One common service provider is selected for the procurement ring, with which both members of the procurement ring enter into their own contracts.
Subscribers will phase out the service depending on their annual budgets. The food service items and the quantities of refrigerators and dishwashers are described in Annex 1 and Annex 2 to the call for tenders. In addition, estimates of the need for self-control equipment to be leased are described in the Annexes in a situation where the budget would not impose restrictions on procurement.
Pirkanmaan Jas Oy has a need for service from October 2021. Cooperation will begin immediately after the agreement is signed. Pirkanmaan Javas Oy will first deploy the service at the Pitäniemi Food Centre, which will rent barbed thermometers, infrared meter, dishwasher temperature sensor and at least some refrigerated equipment sensors depending on the budget and taking into account those already in the current house technology sensors. Next in order of priority is the introduction of the service in the production kitchen of Hook's Helme. Therefore, depending on the budget, the service will be introduced in as many production kitchens as possible, first in the largest and then in the service kitchens. The order is determined on a risk basis, for example, according to the number of customers at the sites. For service kitchens, on the list of first appliances to be rented are barbed thermometers. Next most important would be temperature sensors (measuring spikes) in cooling cabinets in the biggest kitchens, as well as temperature sensors for dishwashers. Annual budgets affect what equipment is rented in all kitchens during the contract period, for example whether or not refrigerated temperature sensors are introduced in service kitchens.
Pirkanmaan Jas Oy has launched a major new construction project regarding the production kitchen Pata, which will have a daily food preparation volume of approximately 7,000 to 10,000 kg/pv. The estimated completion time of the production kitchen is 8/2022. Service and equipment will be deployed in the spate. Food and cleaning service destinations will change during the contract period, because more items may come, for example, or the destination may end, or the activity may move to another location.
For Pirkanmaan Jas Oy, the total value of the acquisition over the contract period (calculated for 4 years) is estimated at €150,000-210,000 without commitment.
Sastamalan Food and Purity Services Ltd has an estimated need for the service from February 2022. Cooperation will begin after the agreement is signed. The food and cleaning services destinations of Sastamalan Food and Purity Services Oy may also change during the contract period, as more items may come in, for example, or the destination may run out of operation or may move to another location. Sastamalan Food and Purity Services Oy will deploy the service, depending on the budget, primarily in manufacturing kitchens and the biggest service kitchens. Annual budgets affect what equipment is rented in each kitchens during the contract period, for example whether or not temperature sensors for refrigerators are introduced into smaller service kitchens. As a rule, in Sastamala, when a service is introduced, all equipment may be leased to do so.
For Sastaman Food and Purity Services Ltd, the total value of the acquisition during the contract period (calculated by 4 years) is estimated at €40,000-60,000 without commitment.
