Provision of rental or acquisition and maintenance of multi-function photocopier systems

This framework agreement is a service and supplies agreement for the rental or acquisition and maintenance of all the multifunction copying systems of the different sites and services of the 5 entities, as well as the supply of consumables (including masters, developer, drum, toner, staples as well as spare parts, labor, maintenance and travel, excluding paper) as of 1.1.2020.

The tenderer may propose in his tender all services within the scope of the contract.

The requested services are expected "turnkey".
