The Purpose of the Service is to keep in operation the lifts, lifting platforms, stairlifts and escalators, installed in the buildings of the Metropolitan City of Catania, in compliance with current legislation and to allow "safe" use.

Management and maintenance service of the elevator systems installed at the buildings of competence of the Metropolitan City of Catania for the duration of 3 (three) years.

The contract is financed with budget funds, just determines to contract n. 1274 of 11.04.2022, for a total amount of € 370,852.14 (excluding VAT) of which:

- based on auction € 356,018.15, amount subject to reduction;

- security charges € 14,834.09, amount not subject to reduction.

The duration of the contract is 3 (three) years, with effect and term in accordance with art. 3 of the specifications attached to the tender documentation to which reference is made in full.
