The object of the contract is to perform investor's supervision activities within the meaning of art. 18 para. 2 of the Act of 7.7.1994 - Construction Law (hereinafter referred to as the "Construction Law") on the implementation of the task entitled "Reconstruction of the small retention reservoir in the Małomice forestry II tender" (13-14-1.1-01) (hereinafter referred to as the "Investment"), in all branches of works resulting from the developed construction project and all activities resulting from the construction law and regulations as well as all activities resulting from the contract with the contractor for the construction works of the Investment.
2) The subject of the order "Construction supervision over the reconstruction of the small retention reservoir in the Małomice forestry" (13-14-1.1-01) is not divided into parts.
3) The place of the contract will be the administrative area of the Lubin Forest District. The works included in the subject of the order for individual parts will be carried out in the Małomice forestry area.

As a supervisory inspector, the Supervisor's tasks include:
(a) carrying out checks on the compliance of the construction with the design, rules and principles of technical knowledge, in particular checking;
- correctness of geodetic determination of individual elements of construction sites,
- the quality of materials supplied for construction,
- the quality of works during their performance and acceptance of atrophy and cover jobs,
- checking the measurements and confirming entries in the "register of measurements"
- technical order of performing particular stages of works.
b) performing the technical and material acceptance of the scope of works disappearing or covered with the recording of their record in the Construction Log or an attachment to it,
c) supervising the course of works in accordance with contractual deadlines, material and financial schedule and technical conditions, and promptly informing the Employer of any circumstances that may affect the extension of the investment implementation, changes or the need to perform works that may have economic consequences for the Employer,
d) performing on a regular basis during each inspection photographic documentation (in digital technology) on the progress of work and transfer after the completion of the investment cataloged photographs on an electronic medium,
e) reporting to the designer, in agreement with the Employer, objections to the project, signaled by the Contractor of the works and making relevant arrangements or explanations with him,
f) giving opinions on the necessity to perform works and possible replacement, additional or complementary solutions in consultation with the Ordering Party,
g) preparation in the agreement with the Employer of the protocols of the need to perform additional, supplementary or replacement works and if it is necessary to develop the necessary implementation documentation,
h) participation in committees, meetings and deliberations during the performance of works and in the period of warranty and guarantee,
i) coordination of contacts between the Employer and the Contractor of construction works,
j) informing the Ordering Party on the progress of works on the site,
k) informing the Ordering Party on an ongoing basis about the fact of disclosure at the construction site of subcontractors not submitted by the Contractor to the Employer,
l) preventing the use of products that do not comply with the design documentation, defective and unacceptable to trade and use in construction,
Ł) issuing opinions on defects found or received in the course of the acceptance or supervision of the defects, gaps that give or are not suitable for removal and opinions regarding the decrease in the value of the supervised investment used due to the statement of the abovementioned defects or shortages,
m) confirmation of the removal of defects and faults
n) making entries in the Construction Diary on an ongoing basis,
o) preparation and participation in final acceptance activities,
p) confirmation of the work actually carried out which is the basis for issuing the invoice and the Contractor of the construction works,
r) checking the correctness of the Contractor's preparation of post-construction costing works at the final settlement of the investment,
s) determining the value of the final invoice,
t) complete and check the quality of the acceptance documentation and documents necessary to obtain a use permit in the Poviat Construction Supervision Inspectorate,
u) in the event of disputes arising between the Contracting Authority, the Contractor of construction works or other institutions authorized to be inspected after the investment, the supervision inspector is obliged to participate free of charge in activities aimed at resolving these issues by preparing the necessary documents,
w) other tasks that belong to the duties of the supervision inspector resulting from the construction law;
3) The investor's supervision inspector may suspend entry of construction works on the basis of the Agreement to the construction log in the case of more information in Annex 6 to the ToR.
