1. The subject of the contract is "Supply of electricity to all nodes of the Eastern Polish Broadband Network of Podlaskie Voivodeship".

2. A detailed description and method of execution of the contract is included in the Description of the Subject of the Contract (OPZ), constituting Appendix No. 1. The list of energy consumption points is attached as Appendix 1.1 to the Terms of Reference.
