KOMBIT's task is to manage the process and clarify expectations ml stakeholders, while all software development and operations are conducted at external IT vendors.
KOMBIT provides a framework agreement with 2 suppliers. The Framework Agreement covers consulting services in the field of Test management where, under this tender, suppliers will assist KOMBIT with KOMBIT tasks.
The framework agreement offered aims to cover KOMBIT's need for consultancy services related to Test management. The test manager shall assist as KomBits Test Manager for testing and quality assurance. The mission of the test manager is to ensure that the deliveries of projects around the IT solution and KomBit vendors are quality assured through testing and review. The test manager conveys the business needs of Kombits/municipalities to the supplier of the solution in question.
The test manager shall direct, control, manage, plan and manage the evaluation of the IT solution in relation to the parts KOMBIT is responsible for.
In addition, the test manager plays a key role ifm contract management of contracts with KomBits suppliers.
The test manager will assist KomBit projects and will be associated with one or more projects that are in different stages.
For all Test Managers, they must perform their tasks in close cooperation with KomBit's project manager and the other project team.
The test manager is expected to be able to evaluate and advise on functional as well around nonfunctional test types, as well as employ rich testing techniques and testing tools. With the majority of testing in KomBits projects being carried out by the supplier, the role is an auditory role in which the experience and solution models of the consultant will be central to cooperation with the supplier. The test manager may also be assigned to an evaluation team in relation to assessing which vendor has the best overall answer to it. COMBIT tender material focused on testing and quality assurance.

KOMBIT intends to conclude the Framework Agreement with two suppliers, which will then be assigned to specific tasks by direct allocation under the specified terms of the Framework Agreement.
The estimated value of the Framework Agreement is DKK 28 — 30 million, with the latter amount being the maximum value of the Framework Agreement. There is no guaranteed turnover associated with the framework agreement.
