1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of a heavy rescue and firefighting vehicle in accordance with the requirements of Annex No. 1 to the SWZ – detailed description of the subject of the contract.

2. The subject of the contract must meet the following requirements:

(a) correspond to all the characteristics set out in the specification of the terms of the contract.

(b) be new and compliant with applicable standards.

(c) have a set of technical and operational documentation.
