Architectural services for the planning of a residential development extension as well as specialist planning for technical equipment and structural planning for a kindergarten with increased residential development

The city of Kraichtal is planning the construction of a new 3-group day care center in the Unteröwisheim district.

The architectural services for the daycare center were put out to tender throughout Europe (announcement 2021/S 255-674996) and were already awarded in April 2022. In the course of the preliminary planning, it has become clear that the daycare center on the originally planned property can hardly be realized. A first design was developed that uses the entire property and enables a 1-storey daycare center. As a result, the municipal council of the city of Kraichtal has decided to increase the residential development on the daycare center, which was originally planned next to it.

The architectural services for the increased residential development and the specialist planning for the overall project will now be reassigned as follows:
