A. The subject of the order is:

I. Implementation of the task "Construction of 5 halls for the Waste Management Plant Nova sp. z o.o. together with accompanying works and land development", including:

1) construction of Hall A - for a mechanical installation for the processing of bulky waste and storage of secondary raw materials,

2) construction of Hall B - a warehouse building for storing ready compost,

3) construction of Hall C - a warehouse for processed waste on a mechanical line,

4) construction of Hall D - waste sorting plant and waste warehouse,

5) construction of Hall E – alternative fuel storage and parking of specialized equipment related to waste collection and transport.

Note – Hall E is already partially made (foundations, underground installations, floor).

II. Ensuring financing of the contract through the purchase by the Bank or the financing institution of the Contractor's receivables for the performance of construction works covered by the subject of the contract.
