The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity to Wrocław Airport in 2023.

In order to perform the contract, the Contractor must have concluded an appropriate contract with the DSO serving the Ordering Party, guaranteeing the performance of the task. We would like to inform you that the sale of electricity to PLW S.A. takes place via the distribution network belonging to the Distribution System Operator: TAURON Dystrybucja S.A.

The Ordering Party shall grant the Contractor the powers of attorney necessary to carry out the procedure of changing the electricity seller – if applicable.

The task includes the supply of electricity to the buildings/facilities of the Ordering Party.

PL Wrocław facilities are powered from 17 basic and backup power connections - details in this respect are included in the SWZ

The expected demand for electricity at the time of the contract is estimated at about 13.9 GWh per year

Applicable to connections tariff groups: B23, B21, C21, C22b and C11.

Legal title to use the facility: Ownership/Lease/Use of Wrocław Airport S.A.
