The municipalities in Nordhordland: Austrheim, Fedje, Lindås, Masfjorden, Meland, Modalen, Radøy, Gulen and Osterøy have established Region Nordhordland Helsehus IKS.

On behalf of Region Nordhordland Helsehus IKS, Nordhordland Utviklingsselskap IKS shall carry out a tender contest on:

Loan raising, Region Nordhordland Helsehus IKS.

The agreement shall be entered with Regional Nordhordland Helsehus IKS.

Region Nordhordland Helsehus IKS shall in accordance with the budget, loan NOK 300 000 000 for construction of medical centres for the municipalities in the Regional Nordhordland.

Construction of a medical centre of approximately 10 000 m² including planned parking facility in the sub-floor owned by Region Nordhordland Helsehus IKS, which in turn is owned by 9 municipalities.

The lessees in the centre will be Helse Bergen HF, Lindås municipality, the County Dentist in Hordaland and various inter-municipal collaborations.
