In the youth aid region West-Brabant East, five municipalities work together in the field of youth and also jointly purchase the necessary youth aid. We (the Municipal Executive of the Municipality of Breda) carry out the purchasing process, contract management and financial administration on behalf of the five.

As of 31.12.2020, the agreements with youth care providers will expire and new agreements must be concluded for the implementation of not freely accessible youth care in the West Brabant East region (hereinafter: WBO region). In preparation for this, we have organized several meetings with youth care providers to exchange information about the purchasing process. Based on the information and insights gained, we have gained an idea of the feasibility of the desired method of contracting.
