This consultation concerns the cleaning of the premises, the glazing of the sites of the department of Loire-Atlantique. The six lots are reserved for adapted enterprises, labour assistance establishments and services or equivalent structures under Article L. 2113-12. Contracts or lots of a contract may be reserved for adapted enterprises mentioned in Article L. 5213-13 of the Labour Code, to establishments and services of labour assistance mentioned in Article L. 344-2 of the Code of Social Action and Families and to equivalent structures, where they employ a minimum, fixed proportion by regulation, workers with disabilities who, because of the nature or severity of their disabilities, are unable to engage in professional activity under normal conditions. Only the bodies covered by this Article are allowed to bid for the contract. Assignment of a framework agreement for each batch.
