The subject of the contract is the cleaning services of real estate owned by the Department of Real Estate Management in the Wola district of Warsaw located within the Area Service Team of Residents of Nowolipka between July 2022 and September 2023 r.

The subject of the contract is the cleaning services of real estate owned by the Department of Real Estate Management in the Wola district of Warsaw located within the Area Service Team of Residents of Nowolipka between July 2022 and September 2023 r.

The scope of work covered by the contract concerns cleaning of the internal surface, outdoor paved areas and outdoor green areas.

Cleaning services of premises and grounds should be carried out on the principles set out in the proposed provisions of the contract annexed to the SWZ.

1. To estimate the lump sum for cleaning 1 m2 of outdoor area and green space area, the draining of street baskets and baskets for animal waste should be taken into account together

with the replacement of bags for new ones, every day from Monday to Saturday:

• street baskets — 103 pcs.

• baskets for animal droppings — 51 pcs.

2. Collected waste from the property, the Contractor will be obliged to export in his own right. And impurities emptied from street baskets, after segregation, the Contractor will be dumped into containers for appropriate fractions of municipal waste.

3. Garage halls in buildings at 7 and 9 Piaskowa Street require 1 time per quarter, specialized washing i.e. twice the use of scouring and collecting machine, using water and low-melting fluids with anti-slip properties and washing the edges of surfaces inaccessible to specialized equipment.

4. The Ordering Party authorises the possibility of submitting invoices in electronic form.

5. Representatives of the Contractors, indicated for direct cooperation related to the implementation of the Agreement should be equipped with smartphones with the ability to take photos, use

from geolocation and email.

6. The Ordering Party does not provide social spaces and storage spaces for equipment. It is possible to rent a premises under the rules specified in the Ordinance

No 136/2020 of the President of Warsaw of 05.02.2020 on the rules of lease of commercial premises.

7. The Contracting Authority requires that the Contractor or Subcontractor employ on the basis of the employment relationship persons carrying out activities in the field of execution of the contract, as defined in Article 22 § 1 of the Act of 26 June 1974 — Labor Code (Journal of Laws of 2020 item 1320 as amended), i.e. providing work in the scope of the implementation of the subject
