The purpose of the framework agreement and its derivative contracts is to establish the terms and conditions under which the supply of fuel for vehicles must be carried out, with the peculiarities established in each lot from which it is divided, both for the supply at service stations and the supply to tanks located in own facilities, in the terms indicated in the governing specifications, which establish the conditions that will apply to the aforementioned supplies, during their term of validity.
