The assignment consists of management and consultancy services related to the ICT infrastructure of the Municipality of Waalre. The assignment also includes the delivery and management of a new virtual workplace environment, new server environment and necessary infrastructural facilities.

The start date of the agreement is set for 1 January 2023. The agreement starts with the delivery and implementation of a new workplace environment including server environment and the necessary adjustments to the infrastructural facilities that are involved.

After Acceptance of this ICT performance, the term of the agreement starts. This is a minimum of three and a maximum of 7 years.

The contract concerns the provision of the following services relating to the ICT infrastructure of the municipality of Waalre:

1. 1st line support (Helpdesk)

2. 2nd, 3rd line support and technical management

3. Delivering, setting up and maintaining (Virtual) workplace environment

4. Remote management of physical devices

5. Delivering, setting up and maintaining server environment

6. Delivering and maintaining Licenses

7. Managing the network infrastructure

8. Uitwijk

9. Information Security and Privacy

An agreement is entered into with one supplier.

The start date of the agreement is set for 1 January 2023. The agreement starts with the delivery and implementation of a new workplace environment including server environment and the necessary adjustments to the infrastructural facilities that are involved. Migration of data and systems from the parts to be replaced and the assumption of management from the departing supplier are part of this implementation. After Acceptance of this ICT performance, the term of the agreement starts. This is a minimum of three and a maximum of 7 years.
