HVAC and sanitary works to be carried out in the interest of the transformation and renovation of the new SNCI headquarters, address: 2, Boulevard Emmanuel Servais, L-2535 Luxembourg including:

— gas condensing boiler and 31 radiators;

— 57 soil convectors;

— heating/cold distribution;

— an air cooler + a refrigerating machine;

— about 510 m 2 cold ceiling;

— an ATC of 6,300 m 3 /h;

— an ATC of 1000 m 3 /h;

— an ATC of 1,150 m 3 /h;

— thirteen air conditioning cabinets and three fan coils for IT rooms;

— DDC control assembly with GTC system;

— electrical cabinets with accessories and wiring;

— about 250 m EU/EP evacuation;

— about 500 m distribution of cold and hot water;

— three lifting pumps;

— nine RIA and one pressure relief system;

— Sanitary appliances and accessories: about 52 pcs.

The work is awarded in block at unit prices. The duration of the work is 235 working days to begin in January 2022.
