1. The subject of the contract is the purchase of electricity in accordance with the Law of 10 April 1997. Energy Law (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1385) and executive acts issued on its basis for the purposes of:

1.1.Municipalities of Brwinów The total amount of electricity supplied during the contract implementation period in the years 2024-2026 for electricity consumption points specified in Annexes 1A and 1B to the offer is estimated at approximately 7 081 698 kWh (+/- 10%).

1.3. Brwinowskiego Przedsiębiorstwo Wodociągów i Kanalizacji (BPWiK) in Brwinów The total amount of electricity supplied during the contract execution period in 2024-2026 for electricity consumption points specified in Annex 1C to the offer is estimated at approximately 3 258 918 kWh (+/- 10%).

1. The subject of the contract is the purchase of electricity for the purposes of:

1.1.Municipality of Brwinów for collection points specified in the price forms, constituting Annexes No. 1A and No. 2A to the thigh of the offer, in accordance with the Act of 10 April 1997. Energy Law (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1385) and implementing acts issued on its basis.

1.1. The total amount of electricity supplied during the contract period in 2024-2026 for electricity consumption points is estimated at approximately 7 081 698 kWh (+/- 10%), including:

1) energy settled in the peak zone (tariff group C12a) – 51 690 kWh,

2) energy settled in the off-peak zone (tariff group C12a) – 227 649 kWh,

3) energy settled around the clock (tariff group C11o, G11, C11, C21) – 6 802 359 kWh,

(4) the contractual power for all consumption points shall be 1 839 kW in total.

1.2.Detailed information on individual collection points is presented

in price forms - attachments to the offer

- No. 1A – list of electricity consumption points – street lighting,

- No. 1 B – list of electricity consumption points – municipal facilities.

1.3. Brwinowskiego Przedsiębiorstwo Wodociągów i Kanalizacji (BPWiK) in Brwinów for the collection points specified in the price form, constituting Annex 3A to the offer, in accordance with the Act of 10 April 1997. Energy Law (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1385) and executive acts issued on its basis.

1.4. The total amount of electricity supplied during the contract completion period in the years 2024-2026 for electricity consumption points is estimated at approximately 3 258 918 kWh (+/- 10%) .

1.5. Estimated electricity settled in zones around the clock – 3 258 918 kWh over a period of 3 years.

1.6. The contractual power for all consumption points shall be 1 540,2 kW in total.
