La Poste, for its Technical Department ("DT") of the parcel mail service branch ("BSCC") wishes to set up a dedicated system for all of the following Services:
- Network architecture configuration and security support services
- Training services
- Deployment support services
- Maintenance services in operational condition
- Warranty management services in conjunction with manufacturers
The services are to be carried out in the metropolitan area as well as in the French overseas departments and territories.
These services must be provided by a certified Allied Telesis and Stormshield service provider. The prospective service provider will have to provide these two certifications before the contract is awarded.
The market is not allotted.
- Network architecture and security configuration support services:
The definition of network architectures according to the constraints inherent in the nature of the different sites to be equipped
Documentation of architectures and publication on a dedicated extranet site
Provision on the extranet of the "manufacturer" documentation required for the project
The implementation of test platforms and the loan of equipment, for validation of the selected architectures
Analysis of new problems and proposed solutions, on demand.
Defining, optimizing, and implementing firewall rules
Definition of switch configurations according to their use by site type
Defining the structure and content of site folders to ensure consistency
Carrying out and publishing procedures for the deployment and maintenance in operational condition of all equipment on the extranet site
Recommendations and provision of supervision and monitoring tools
Technology watch for manufacturers: anticipation of the end of life of products, roadmap analyses with recommendations for development
- Deployment support services:
The drafting of the existing identification file (DIE) including an architectural proposal with an inventory of the necessary equipment and connectors and layout diagram;
Production and deployment after validation of the DT, associated quotes and development of schedules with the various players of La Poste
Procurement and supply of hardware and software (Allied Telesys, Stormshield)
Configuration of equipment at the factory before dispatch to the site
Delivery and installation in coordination with the site and
Documentation Updates
- Training services for local teams on specific topics
- Operational maintenance services: administration and supervision of the site network 24/7.
- Warranty management services in conjunction with manufacturers:
Setting up a dedicated extranet:
24/7 on-site interventions using reserved equipment in a dedicated stock.
Equipment reinsurance proposals from manufacturers based on the end dates of support contracts.
First-level telephone support open 24 hours a day from Sunday 8 p.m. to Saturday 8 p.m.
The maximum of the framework agreement is set at: €8,000,000 over the total duration of the framework agreement, including the renewal period.
