Place of execution of order:
Deliveries will be carried out in the Wągrowiec Municipality and in the City of Wągrowiec to 7 educational institutions run by the Wągrowiec Commune.
The subject of this contract is the transport of school children and youth residing in the Wągrowiec Commune: from home to school and back, and the care of a guardian during this transport, i.e. an adult with full legal capacity, meeting the criteria referred to in Article 21(1) of the Act of 13 May 2016 on Counteracting Threats of Sexual Offences (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1304, as amended). The Contractor is obliged to complete the contract in accordance with the list constituting Appendix No. 18 to the Terms of Reference.
Carriage should be carried out on the basis of monthly tickets
in open bus transport. The number of children from individual towns and villages covered by the transport to and from schools is included in Appendix 2 to the Terms of Reference.

in open bus transport. The number of children from individual towns and villages covered by the transport to and from schools is included in Appendix 2 to the Terms of Reference.
The Ordering Party stipulates that the number of students given is the planned number. The Contractor is obliged to provide monthly tickets for all pupils subject to the obligation to transport to schools and kindergartens from the Wągrowiec Commune, even in the event of a significant increase or decrease in their number. Before commencing the service, the Contractor will determine the optimal timetable for individual courses, taking into account the shortest possible time of the child's stay on the journey and the shortest possible waiting time for school classes. The Contractor shall provide the Contracting Authority with a minute timetable of buses on the designated routes 4 days before the commencement of the contract.
By the 20th day of each month, the Contracting Authority undertakes to provide the Contractor with lists of names of pupils entitled to a monthly ticket. The Ordering Party reserves the right to correct the order by the last day of the month preceding the month for which the monthly tickets were to be purchased. In such a case, the Contractor shall execute monthly tickets in accordance with the submitted order correction.
The service will be settled on a monthly basis according to the net unit prices offered by the Contractor, increased by the value of VAT. The Contracting Authority provides for the Contractor to issue separate VAT invoices specifying the school to which the deliveries relate, after the completion of the subject of the contract, on a monthly basis, based on statements provided by the Contracting Authority, except that for the month of December until 22 December 2024. The Contractor will attach a price specification to each VAT invoice, which will indicate the monthly cost.
The contractor will also provide care for students during the transport of students to and from educational institutions. Care may only be provided by an adult with full legal capacity who meets the criteria referred to in Article 21(1) of the Act of 13 May 2016 on Counteracting Threats of Sexual Offences. The bus driver cannot be the transport supervisor. The responsibilities of the transport supervisor include in particular: supervising the correct behaviour of children and young people in vehicles, opening the doors after making sure that they will not endanger or impede traffic safety, entering and leaving children and young people in and out of the vehicle, guiding children and young people across the road, providing all necessary assistance to transported pupils in order to ensure their safety during the journey.

for the transport of school children and youth who meet all safety requirements related to passenger transport referred to in the Road Transport Act of 6 September 2001 (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 2201, as amended) and the Act of 20 June 1997.
