The actual settlements will take place on the basis of current indications of metering and settlement systems for the supply of electricity in accordance with the Contractor's offer. Settlements for the distribution of electricity will take place on the basis of fees resulting from the Tariff for electricity distribution services. Any change in the forecasted electricity consumption will not result in additional costs for the Contracting Entity, except for the actual amount of this energy consumed, according to the unit prices specified in the Contractor's offer. The Contractor is obliged to have, as at the date of commencement of the service, a comprehensive agreement with the Distribution System Operator to whose network the Ordering Party's facility is connected, enabling the provision of a comprehensive service for the facility covered by this contract.
