Lot 2.18 - Electrical/Lighting/Data Network/Lightning Protection
The district of OSL is currently renovating and moderating the building of the Friedrich-Engels-Gymnasium in Fischreiherstraße in Senftenberg in the 1st construction phase. The renovation will be carried out in 3 successive vertical construction phases. There will be no school operations in the respective construction phase to be renovated. The tendered service refers only to the services of the 2nd + 3rd construction phase.
At the same time as the measures of Lot 2.18, the construction of a fire alarm system with voice alarm and amok system (Lot 1.19) as well as a new emergency lighting system as a central battery system (Lot 1.20) will be carried out. The installation system in the form of main cable routes in vertical ladders, ducts, cable/grating gutters, functional maintenance cable systems, openings and slots for uP installations shall be prepared for Lots 1.19 and 1.20. Close scheduling and simultaneous joint construction work must be taken into account.
The main cable routes are accessed via central risers as well as above fully revisable fire protection ceilings in the necessary corridors. The wiring into the rooms is mainly carried out as a stitch out of the hallway, in the rooms mainly in collection holders or BR ducts.
Electrical installation+lighting
The current installations including lighting, communication network of the 2nd + 3rd construction phase will be completely dismantled. After dismantling the old installation, the installation including LED lighting and communication network must be completely rebuilt. A coordinated lighting concept is available for the entire lighting. A new electrical sub-distribution + additional distributors for technical rooms will be installed on each floor. The supply of the 2nd + 3rd construction phase is currently secured via existing electrical distribution systems in the middle stairwell / these distributions will continue to be operated, lines from the construction area that are no longer needed will be disconnected and dismantled step by step. Temporary arrangements for cable systems for the continued operation of the areas outside the BA are to be created. The existing building is equipped with KNX technology to control the heating and lighting system. The KNX system for the lighting system will be discontinued and will be dismantled in phases. For the control of the heating system, the KNX system continues to operate. Lines as well as central distribution and decentralised installation components are to be rebuilt. New actuators, sensors and cable systems are being built in preparation for the HVAC trade. The programming and IBN of the KNX system is carried out by a service provider externally commissioned by the district of OSL.
The scope of the systems in the 2nd + 3rd construction phase extends to the following approximate quantities - approx. 440 luminaires, approx. 910 installation devices (switches/buttons/presence detectors/sockets/HDMI sockets, etc.), approx. 23,300m of high-voltage and low-voltage lines. Cross-sections, approx. 1250m LF/BR ducts/pipes/routes, approx. 3700 collector holders of different sizes.
Communication technology
The entire structured data network cabling in the 2nd + 3rd construction phase will be rebuilt according to the requirements of the client (ICT department). Existing network cabinets, including all fixtures, will be dismantled. Temporary arrangements are to be created in order to be able to continue supplying the areas outside the construction phases. On the 1st floor and 2nd floor, area 2nd construction phase, a technical room will be created, in which floor distributors will be provided.
In some cases, data installation cables are to be routed as an open installation system in the area of the already completed 1.BA (approx. 25 to 30m) in order to ensure the connection to the assigned central data cabinet. The cables are to be inserted sorted above an overhaulable F30 fire protection ceiling in cable trays that have already been removed. An increased installation effort is to be expected, as cables have to be inserted over several profile rails of the F30-UHD as well as past threaded rods of the cable tray. The dismantling of the removable ceiling elements is carried out on site!
Part of the service is the construction of 3x 19" network stand distributors as well as the entire passive data network including network junction boxes for the 2nd + 3rd BA, approx. 740 ports with approx. 12,000m Cat.7a duplex copper lines and 9 pre-assembled multi-storey and cross-construction phase fiber optic lines. The performance limit is the patch panel in the cabinet including measurement of the copper distances. The active technology including necessary programming and IBN is organized by the client. The implementation of a grounding concept for the data communication network is part of the service.
Lightning protection/grounding
The main building has an external lightning protection system. The roof will be completely renovated in the course of the 2nd and 3rd construction phases. In addition, the external lightning protection system is extended and adapted with air-termination poles for the protection of third-party roof structures. The grounding system must be rebuilt in sections along the building as a ring earth. Further details can be found in the preliminary texts of the bill of quantities.
