1. The subject of the contract is "Reconstruction, extension and thermomodernization together with the development of the area of the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Pulmonology Center at Seminaracyjna Street in Bydgoszcz - stage II".
Ordered object
a) reconstruction and superstructure of one floor of building C;
b) construction of buildings E and F (ambulance driveway);
c) performance of construction works for insulation of buildings B and C;
d) construction of a solar installation on part of the roof of building B;
e) assembly of heat pumps cooperating with the boiler room in building A and the technological node in building C;
f) renovation of the boiler room in building A;
g) construction of a pipeline supplying the substation in building C with a gas and oil boiler house in building A;
h) construction of a new hot water and circulation installation enabling alternate hot water supply to hospital buildings from the boiler room in buildings A or D and reconstruction of the emergency section of the hot water pipeline and circulation in building B;
i) development of a section of the plot for the purposes of servicing buildings B, C, E, F;
j) obtaining all necessary permits and administrative decisions, including decisions on the use permit;
k) implementation of the decisions of the RDOŚ based on the ornithological and chiropterological expertise attached.
The implementation also aims to provide appropriate architectural and construction solutions for modernization, increasing the utility value of the object and increasing the aesthetic value.
The scope of works to be performed
Task
In building B, a reconstruction of part of the existing gable roof being in close proximity to the newly designed building E on flat roofs is planned. Reconstruction is necessary because of the height of building E, which rises above the existing roof eaves of building B.
In building C, reconstruction and renovation are planned, inter alia, in the field of:
(a) changes to the internal functional system with all installations;
b) superstructure by one floor with all installations;
c) bringing the heat pump installation with the required equipment to the substation in the building (according to separate ZIS Miklas documentation);
d) insulation with replacement of woodwork in a part of the building without an extension.
In addition, the scope of the task includes the supply and installation of equipment according to the attachment "Equipment list for expansion and reconstruction C, E, F".
Construction of a new four-storey building E as an extension
To building C and B from the northeast.
Construction of a new building F constituting an extension to building C from the west, acting as a driveway for ambulances and passenger cars with a ramp.
Task II
In building B: construction works in the field of insulation of external walls, replacement of windows, replacement of external doors and gates for doors, replacement of glass blocks for facade windows, facade construction.
Construction of a solar installation on a part of the roof of building B cooperating
With air-water heat pumps.
Renovation of the existing two-burner (gas-oil) steam boiler room located in building A and replacement with a low-temperature water boiler, cooperating with an air-water heat pump.
Construction of a pipeline connecting the substation in block C with the gas and oil boiler room in building A (according to separate ZIS Miklas documentation).
Construction of a new hot water and circulation installation enabling alternate hot water supply to hospital buildings from the building A boiler room or the building D boiler house.
Task III
The communication system results from the existing existing land development. In order to adapt to the elements created in the first stage of the reconstruction, it is necessary to continue by road, pedestrian and parking spaces. Part of the area covered by the study is so narrow that the elements of land development result from satisfying the basic needs of external infrastructure and do not differ significantly from the current main communication systems.
