The subject of the contract is services in the field of forest management as defined in Article 6 (1) point 1 of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (text one: Journal of Laws of 2021 item 1275 as late as “Forests Act”) covering works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, harvesting and ripping of timber and seed and selection to be carried out in the Ełk Forest District in the year 2022.

Material scope of the subject of the contract

1) The subject of the contract is services in the field of forest management as defined in Article 6 (1) (1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (text one: Journal of Laws of 2021 item 1275 as late as “Forests Act”) covering works in the field of forest farming and conservation, protection of the forest fire protection, harvesting and plucking of timber and seed and selection to be carried out in the forest district of Ełk in the year 2022.

2) The scope of the subject matter of the contract shall include the total quantities of works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, harvesting and plucking of timber and seed and selection resulting from Annex 3 to the SWZ, which consists of:

Annex No 3.1. — work size by group of activities, activities and location;

Annex No 3.2. — timber collection sortyment system;

Annex No 3.3. — a statement of the distances and conditions of breaking wood;

Annex No 3.4. — a statement of items not made available for machine acquisition;

Annex 3.5. — information on the use of possible logging technologies;

3. The material ranges set out in Annexes No 3.1. - 3.3. and 3.5. are estimated.

4. Quality standards relating to all relevant features of the subject of the contract shall specify:

- Decision No 19 of the Director General of State Forests of 17 March 2021 on the introduction of the “Description of the standard of technology for the implementation of forest works” in the organizational units of the State Forests.

- Decision No 112 of the Director General of State Forests of 04 October 2021amending Decision No 19 of the Director-General of State Forests of 17 March 2021 (as amended by Decision No 101 of 16 September 2021) on the introduction into application of the “Description of the Standard forestry works implementation technology” (OSTWPL)

- Decision No 22/2021 of the Director of the Regional Directorate of State Forests in Białystok of 28.05.2021 on the introduction of the “Regional Description of the Standard of Technology for the Conduction of Forest Prac”

The detailed description of the standard of technology for the performance of individual forestry works (activities) included in the subject of the contract formed the basis for the determination of the quality requirements relating to the elements consisting of the object of the contract contained in the Annex No 4 to SWZ (Description of the standard of technology for the implementation of forestry works).

5. Descriptions of activity codes describing individual forestry works (activities) included in the subject of the contract are described in Annex 4 to SWZ.

6. A description of the principles of the procedure for receiving forestry works is set out in Annex 4 to SWZ.

Annex No 3.4. — a statement of items not made available for machine acquisition;
