Conception and realization of the joint stand of the Cologne Bonn region at the real estate fair EXPO REAL 2023, which will take place from October 4 to 6, 2023 at the exhibition grounds (Hall B2, Booth No. 440-540) in Munich, including additional services (with one client option each for EXPO REAL in 2024 and 2025)

For several years, the Cologne Bonn Region has been presenting itself with the cooperation partners City of Cologne (represented by KölnBusiness Wirtschaftsförderungs-GmbH), the Federal City of Bonn and the Region Köln/Bonn e.V. as well as their respective co-exhibitors on the occasion of the EXPO REAL trade fair at the Munich trade fair location with the joint stand "Region Köln Bonn".

For the year 2023, the three partners are planning a new joint appearance on the basis of a corresponding cooperation agreement. The subject of this contract is therefore the conception and realization of the joint stand of the Cologne Bonn region at the real estate fair EXPO REAL 2023, which will take place from October 4 to 6, 2023 at the Messe München GmbH exhibition center (Hall B2, Booth No. 440-540) in Munich, with the client's option for an annual extension (limited to a maximum of three years).

The order includes the design, planning, manufacture, delivery/transport, assembly and dismantling, provision and storage of an exhibition stand on a rental basis including further services (e.g. implementation of approval procedures at Messe München, provision of technical service) on the occasion of EXPO REAL 2023, with one option each for EXPO REAL in 2024 and 2025.

KölnBusiness, the Federal City of Bonn and the Cologne/Bonn region are expected to register a stand with a floor space of 530 square meters at Messe München GmbH for EXPO REAL 2023 in March 2023 as the main exhibitors for the Cologne Bonn region.
