Tender of craft services for General Procurement 2023

The tender concerns the conclusion of four-year framework agreements for the craft services from relocation, electrician, carpentry and plumbing work for social housing organizations affiliated with AlmenProcurement.

The tender comprises 17 lots.

The contracts will be concluded with AlmenProcurement, as overall framework agreements (hereinafter the "Framework Agreement").

The framework agreements may be used by the organisations, including management organisations, housing associations and departments, listed for each lot in Appendix 1 of the tender documents.

For each lot, a framework agreement will be concluded with the four tenderers who have delivered the tenders that reflect "the best price-quality ratio". The framework agreements will be awarded so that the best tender will be supplier No 1, the next best tender will be supplier No 2, and so on. S147 Frederiksberg - Vacancy worker

This lot concerns relocation works to S147 Frederiksberg.

The main task content of the framework agreement is expected to be the following:

• Exterior and exterior repair and establishment

• Windscreen and replacement of doors and windows (including double glazing), aperture/reopening door hole

• Glaslister

• Stern

• Replacement of roof tiles

• Burglary damage (e.g. after vandalism)

• Replacement of load-bearing wooden columns

• Repair and service after storm and water damage

• Troubleshooting, repair and minor replacements of roofing felt / fabric

• New skylights in built-up roofs

• New roofs with other types of membranes than roofing felt

• Moving drywall and installation on divider skeleton

o Repairs and replacements on drains and fall logs

o Repair and replacement of heating installations including pipes, valves, pumps, motors etc.

o Balancing of heating systems

o Repair and replacement on radiators and other heating devices

o Repair and replacement of underfloor heating systems
