The subject of the contract is the provision of reading services of measuring systems located in the area of operation of Polska Spółka Gazownictwa sp. z o.o. Oddział Zakład Gazowniczy in Warsaw, divided into two parts, referred to in the further part of the Announcement.

The Contracting Authority allows the submission of partial tenders divided into individual parts of the contract. The Contractor may submit a tender for any number of parts. The Contracting Authority does not specify the maximum number of lots that may be awarded to the same Contractor.

Provision of measurement system reading services in the area of Warsaw, Nowy Dwór Mazowiecki, Pomiechówek, Legionowo, Serock, Jabłonna, Nieporęt, Wieliszew, Klembów, Kobyłka, Marki, Radzymin, Tłuszcz, Wołomin, Ząbki, Zielonka, Dębe Wielkie, Halinów, Sulejówek, Józefów, Karczew, Otwock, Wiązowna, Poświętne, Czosnów, Błonie, Baranów, Łomianki, Ożarów Mazowiecki, Izabelin, Leszno, Stare Babice, Piastów, Pruszków, Brwinów, Michałowice, Nadarzyn, Raszyn, Milanówek, Podkowa Leśna, Grodzisk Mazowiecki, Jaktorów, Żabia Wola, Żyrardów, Wiskitki, Radziejowice, Mszczonów and others in this area, which will be gasified during the term of the Agreement.

Number of readings commissioned to the Contractor for implementation during the term of the contract: 3 152 787 pcs. (nominal value)

The agreement will be concluded for a period of 18 months, i.e. from 01.04.2023. until 30.09.2024

The contracting authority provides for the possibility of awarding a contract directly on the basis of Article 388(2)(c) of the PPL Act, for additional readings in the amount of 20% of the value of the basic contract consisting in the repetition of similar reading services in the OZG area outside the basic area. The award of a direct contract pursuant to Article 388(2)(c) of the PPL Act for additional readings will be preceded by negotiations with the selected Contractor. The subject of negotiations will be the price and conditions for the implementation of the contract. The award of a contract for additional readings may take place within a period of 3 years from the date of award of the basic contract
