The subject of the contract is the execution of construction works related to the modernization of the Municipal Stadium at Kolejowa Street in Prudnik - stage one - 1A. The investment is implemented as part of the Government Programme Polish Governance Fund: Strategic Investment Programme based on Resolution of the Council of Ministers No. 84/2021 of 1 July 2021 covered by the preliminary promise of Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego in Warsaw regarding co-financing of the investment No. Edit2/2021/4016/PolskiLad. Scope of construction works STAGE 1A: 0) Preparatory works – demolition works and felling for the scope indicated in the documentation 1) Construction of a football pitch with a natural grass surface with lighting 2) Construction of a category V athletics arena consisting of: 3) Construction of stands a) Main roofed entrance to the stadium in front of the front with seats for guests b) For special guests, adapted for the disabled with a separate, glazed place for the commentator c) Unroofed for about 200 people 4) Construction of the toilet building 5) Implementation of the necessary development of the area around the stadium 6) Purchase of equipment - sports equipment and for servicing the stadium turf 7) Reconstruction of land development along with the construction of communication routes, installation of small architecture, lighting, drainage and monitoring 8) Power and low-voltage installations 9) External sanitary installation a) Storm water drainage b) External water supply system c) Installation of external sanitary sewage system 10) Internal sanitary installations.
