The scope of the assignment includes the following activities at the locations of the Utrecht Library:

- Regular and periodic cleaning activities:

- Window cleaning;

- Supply of sanitary equipment;

- Extra cleaning on demand.

The scope of the assignment covers all locations of the Utrecht Library with a total of approximately 16,960 m2 for cleaning maintenance and 6,907 m2 for the purpose of window cleaning.

The tender includes a maximum ceiling amount of €485,000, - excluding VAT for regular and periodic cleaning.
