The JUs sought strategic partners to build the future IT environment. 3 main areas are concerned, each corresponding to a particular lot:

— managed infrastructure services: supply of all required hardware, software and network components. Continuous management and monitoring of the supplied infrastructure with the associated support services,

— provision of Internet access services and fixed voice telephony,

— application development and maintenance.
