Theatrium 2023 - 2025 Provision of infrastructure in 2 lots

Wiesbaden Congress & Marketing GmbH, as the organizer of the Theatrium, intends to set up the infrastructure for electricity, water and wastewater for the events for the years 2023 - 2025 (optionally for the year 2026) for the street festival with about 100,000 visitors.

Lot 1 (Electricity Infrastructure) comprises the provision of energy supply by electricity on the entire event grounds of the Theatrium. The contractor must set up and provide the electricity for the stands of the theatrium as well as for power structure structures.

Lot 2 (Drinking Water and Sewage Infrastructure) includes the provision of drinking water facilities on the entire event grounds of the Theatrium. For the drinking water supply, 190 GEKA drinking water connections have to be laid. In addition, wastewater disposal must be set up for the entire event site of the Theatrium. There are only limited discharge points for the disposal of wastewater.
