The project provides for the new construction of a sports hall (more than 3000m2 GFA) including the layout of the associated public space, located on the grounds of swimming pool de Bosselaar, Vaandelweg 1 in Zevenbergen. The sports hall is required for gym education (secondary education) and sports associations from Zevenbergen.

The municipality of Moerdijk wants to have a new Sports Hall in Zevenbergen designed and realized including the associated design of the public space (Contract form Design and Build). The sports hall must meet the space needs of Markland College Zevenbergen and several (sports) associations. The construction site is located on the grounds of swimming pool de Bosselaar in Zevenbergen.

The tender will be conducted in accordance with the European restricted procedure set out in Chapter 3 of the ARW 2016. This means that the tendering takes place in stages as follows:

- Selectiefase;

- Gunningsfase.

In the first phase (the selection phase), all interested parties are given the opportunity to register as candidates. The aim of this phase is to select five (5) candidates, provided that there are sufficient applications.

These selected candidates are invited to submit a tender (part of the award phase).

The five selected candidates invited by the contracting authority to submit a tender shall be provided with further documents such as the award guidance, demand specification and annex and the contract in the form of an integrated contract with the conditions of the UAV-GC 2005.
