The subject of the contract is a comprehensive supply of gaseous fuel – the supply of high-methane natural gas with the symbol E together with a distribution service to 157 consumption points (PPG). The forecast amount of gas fuel is 3 602 911 m3 (41 073 160 kWh using a conversion factor of 11.4), of which:
1) Part 1 of the order - Comprehensive supply of natural gas in the period from 01.06.2023. until 31.05.2024r. - 1 806 242 m3
2) Part 2 of the order - Comprehensive supply of natural gas in the period from 01.06.2024. until 31.05.2025r. - 1 796 669 m3

2. As a result of the procedure, 11 contracts will be concluded.
3. The Ordering Party demands a deposit in the amount of PLN 100,000.00.
4. The proceedings covered PPGs in which customers are 'subject to tariff protection', i.e. customers referred to in Article 62b(1)(2) of the EP Act and recipients who are not protected. In Annex 1a to the SWZ, the contracting authority indicated to which PPG the provisions of Article 62b apply and according to which percentage indicator. The contracting authority (recipients) together with the signing of the contract with the contractor whose offer will be selected as the most advantageous will submit relevant Statements of the recipient of gaseous fuels (from Article 62ba and / or Article 62bb of the EP Act) according to the template set out in the Regulation on the protection of gas customers.
5. The contracting authority shall indicate PGNiG Obrót Detaliczny sp. z o.o. as a reserve supplier.
6. Settlement periods result from the Tariff for the provision of distribution services, subject to the provisions contained in the Draft provisions of the agreement (Annex 9 to the SWZ)
