The purpose of this framework agreement is to establish the requirements and conditions to be subject to contracts based on it, in relation to works and actions in the buildings within the competence of the District; and the works and actions in the green areas, roads and public spaces and basic IDM competence of the District.

Lot 1: Works in the buildings under the jurisdiction of the District, with the exception of the basic IDM
