This contract is for services to maintain and adapt the following technical installations in the Drapiers Building (see Annex II, list of equipment):

1. heating and hot water;

2. production and distribution of chilled water;

3. ventilation;

4. sanitary facilities;

5. gas detection system;

6. electrical installations;

7. fire detection and safety;

8. access control;

9. lifts and lifting equipment;

10. miscellaneous;

11. centralised technical management/programming;

12. audio-video equipment;

including administrative follow-up according to the table given in the annex, and responsibility for minor improvement works within the Agency's premises.
