Oslo kommune c/o Omsorgsbygg Oslo KF (Oslo municipality c/o the Municipal Undertaking for Social Service Buildings), hereafter called the contracting authority, invites tenderers to participate in an open tender competition in connection with the procurement of a Purchasing analysis system.

The contracting authority shall purchase a system for analysis and follow-up of the organisation's purchasing portfolio. The new system must identify and estimate potential cost savings when entering and following up/managing framework agreements as well as contribute to increased expertise of the contracting authority related to purchases.

The total number of users in Omsorgsbygg Oslo KF (the Municipal Undertaking for Social Service Buildings) is a little more than 200 persons. When merging into Oslo Bygg, there can be up to 650 users of the system.

The system must also assist in any introduction and follow up of category management.

The contract includes start-up, operation, updates, maintenance, development and adaptations of the service.
