Maintenance work for EPAL's network infrastructures, including civil and mechanical construction work for the construction and repair of pipes and home extensions. Also included in this work are the extension works, the implementation of new existing network extensions and rehabilitation works. All as and in the best terms defined in the Terms of Reference and its attachments.
